Complaints and Warranty

Complaint:

In case you receive a damaged product, you need to contact us by e-mail or via WhatsApp. Send us the order number and pictures of the damaged product. If our team accepts the complaint, we will replace the damaged product with a new one as soon as possible.


Warranty:

The warranty only applies to certain products (you can find the warranty certificate in the product description). The Seiko Mod warranty covers the movement only. In the event that your mechanism stops working or does not work properly during the time interval while the watch is under warranty, please contact us via email or whatsapp. Our team will review the case and send you all the instructions for repairing or replacing the mechanism.

Damage and problems

Please inspect your order at the front desk and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can assess the problem and correct it.
